Panel on Relevance – Algolia DevCon

At Algolia’s virtual developer conference on October 2-3 2024, OSC’s Eric Pugh and Charlie Hull will be joining an expert panel to discuss issues around search relevance. We’ll talk about the difference between relevance and ranking, how to measure relevance in different ways and how to apply these signals to improving search result quality. We’ll mention Quepid, OSC’s open source tool for gathering human judgements and tuning search – now compatible with the Algolia search engine!
