Zero Search Results

When a query returns no documents, it is referred to as Zero Search Results, or ZSR. This is sometimes referred to as Zero Result Searches (ZRS) or Zero Results (ZR). The percentage of queries that are ZSR is referred to as the Zero Result Rate, or ZRR.
