Alexa helps OSC with all the “people” related aspects of the business, including finding great people to join the team, administering benefits, managing HR compliance, and helping everyone balance their workloads. In general, she tries her best to make sure that all of OSC’s people are happy, communicating well, and are able to grow and develop into the best versions of themselves!
Outside of OSC, Alexa is a singer and voice teacher, and is lucky enough to sing in A Cappella groups that perform both locally and internationally! She lives in Earlysville with her husband, Matt, and their two cats, Stella and Sierra.
